Subscription Cancellation and Refund

I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom-coded indicators, strategies, and full-time priority support. Below you will find the details of our refund policy.

Duration of Refund Period

You are eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with our services.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must request it within the 30-day period following your subscription date.
You are entitled to a refund of $100 per indicator or strategy that has been developed for you, up to a maximum of 2 indicators or strategies per month if you're not enough satisfied with the result and can give an acceptable and reasonable cause.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you won't retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
